The team at ACPS can perform a number of checks on a weekly basis. When entering your property investment they use an electronic management system so that the time of entry is logged. Once finished with the checks the dedicated service manger will exit the property using the same electronic management system.


At the end of the day the information of the visit will be downloaded to the companies computer so that the time of the visit has been logged and kept on record.

To ensure that your guests enjoy their stay, your property will be visited by the Housekeeping Managers. This is to make sure the high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times. The results of the visit is then documented then signed off by the company director.

The standard of your garden is important as this will add value to your rentals. If you decide to take this service with ACPS the gardening team will maintain everything from cutting the grass, taking care of the plants and fauna, remove weeds and clean terraces etc.

On request the housekeeping staff can remove, clean, press the replace bed linen, towels etc after any visit whether it be an owner or guest.

ACPS have a team of fully qualified engineers who are available 24 hours a day. If a an emergency arises at your property, you or your representative will be contacted directly by a member of the team, who will inform you in detail, of the situation and how they intend to deal with it and the costs involved of the repair.

Welcome Packs


Welcome packs on arrival for guests are a recommended way to ensure that your guests have a memorable stay. A welcome pack includes essentials such as bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, wine, beer, cereals, fruit etc. If the need arises where you need a more specific pack for the arrival of your guests, this can be catered for upon request.
